Asparagus Soup

Cream of asparagus soup for dinner. Divine. and simple: 3/4 lb. asparagus, chopped and simmered in 3 cups chicken broth with 1/4 cup chopped leek. Cook until tender, blend until smooth, add 1 c. milk, salt/pepper. Serves 4. Mangia.
